The organisers of Miss Nigeria have announced the inaugural 2026 Beauty and Fashion Fair.
The fair will take place on 22 and 23 March at the Grand Ballroom, Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
It is part of the pageant’s 2026 impact roadmap, which focuses on leadership development, enterprise growth and digital inclusion.
The organisers said the event will showcase Nigeria’s leading fashion designers, emerging talent, and beauty innovators, highlighting creative style, culture, and business opportunities in the country. Sponsors for the fair include Bvndle, Zenith Bank, and MTN Nigeria.
Rita Dominic-Anosike, Chairman of the board of directors, said:
“Miss Nigeria has always stood as a symbol of excellence. In 2026, excellence must be intentional and measurable, with the roadmap ensuring that the pageant moves beyond mere celebration to focus on tangible transformation. Under our theme, ‘She Is Made Of More,’ we are equipping women with the tools to lead in the digital and creative sectors. The Beauty & Fashion Fair is the ignition point for this long-term systemic change.”
Doris Ogah, the 45th Miss Nigeria, said winning the Miss Nigeria title connects tradition with new opportunities.
“This roadmap is a call to leadership. Through our digital inclusion projects and this Fair, we are proving that the Nigerian woman is indeed ‘Made of More’: more intelligence, more leadership, and more economic possibilities,” she said.
She also said the role of the queen includes being a national ambassador.
The fair will include the Young Designer of the Year competition, aimed at giving new fashion entrepreneurs visibility and connecting them with established professionals. Entries are now open.
Designers who want to showcase their work can register, and members of the public can secure tickets to attend.
The Miss Nigeria pageant, organised by Times LifeStyle Limited, has been a major platform for celebrating Nigerian women’s achievements. Over the years, it has promoted leadership, cultural representation, and opportunities for young women across the country.
