Actress Tonto Dikeh and her ex-husband, businessman Olakunle Churchill, have stirred reactions online following their interaction at their son’s 10th birthday party.
The event took place on Sunday at BMO Event Center, 174 Ahmadu Bello Way, Abuja. Guests included businessman Obi Cubana and singer Teni, among others.
During the celebration, Tonto publicly appreciated Churchill, describing him as an amazing father. The former couple, who have been apart for 10 years, shared a hug after Obi Cubana tapped Churchill to stand up.
She said, “Churchill you are an amazing father and I just want to thank you so much.
“Thank you. I love you with the love of God and I wish you all the best. I pray for your family, businesses and other children. They will progress, failure will not meet them. Everything that they touch will be blessed
“God will go before them and make every crooked path straight. Your businesses will flourish. Whoever curses you shall be cursed. God will fight anyone that fights you,”
Tonto noted that Churchill may not have been a good husband but is a proper dad to their son. She also said their son’s birthday would not have been possible without his contribution.

Tonto and Churchill were married in 2015 and separated in 2016 following public disputes. They share a son, King Andre. Churchill later married Rosy Meurer and they have children together.
