Actor and producer Timini Egbuson has thanked cinema audiences in West Africa after his latest film Love and New Notes continued to lead at the box office.
In a post on his Instagram page on Tuesday, Egbuson shared a poster of the film and revealed that it had grossed N245.6 million so far, while holding the number one spot in cinemas for the third week in a row.
He wrote on Instagram:

Love and New Notes was released in Nigerian cinemas on February 13, timed for the Valentine’s season. The romantic drama was directed by Kayode Kasum and produced by Egbuson with Muyiwa Idowu.
The film stars Timini Egbuson, Sophie Alakija, Odunlade Adekola, Eniola Badmus, Ayoola Akinyoola, among others.
Set against the backdrop of Nigeria’s 1984 currency change, it follows characters navigating love and life at that time.
Since its cinema launch, Love and New Notes has drawn strong audience turnout in Nigeria and Ghana and maintained its run in cinemas across the region.
