Model and actress Temi Otedola has announced her new name after secretly tying the knot with singer Mr Eazi in Iceland.
Temi shared a photo from the wedding on Instagram on Friday which showed her in a white gown and Mr Eazi in a black suit. She captioned it, “Mr and Mrs Ajibade.”
The ceremony took place on Friday, August 8, at the Hallgrímskirkja Church in Reykjavík. The wedding was attended by close family and friends, including Temi’s mother Nana Otedola, her sister DJ Cuppy, and businessman Aliko Dangote.
Comedian Broda Shaggi was also spotted at the event.
The private celebration followed months of speculation about the couple’s wedding plans after their engagement in 2022.
The couple first had a civil ceremony in Monaco on May 9, a date that also marked Eazi’s late mother’s birthday. Temi wore a tailored suit by Wiederhoeft while her groom appeared in Louis Vuitton.
In July, the Otedola family home in Dubai hosted their traditional Yoruba wedding. Temi wore pieces by designers like Zac Posen and Lisa Folawiyo while Eazi was styled in an outfit by Lisa Folawiyo Studio. The ceremony also included a segment to honour his Igbo roots.
Temi, 28, is the daughter of billionaire businessman Femi Otedola and younger sister of DJ Cuppy.
