Socialite Sophia Egbueje has debunked reports claiming she has joined the adult content platform OnlyFans and is charging N300,000 per month for exclusive access.
Screenshots that circulated on social media, showed a post from a verified X (formerly Twitter) account, @Hybrid_Ola, which claimed, “Sophia Egbueje now has an OnlyFans account where she charges 300k per month for exclusive contents.”
The post included a mirror selfie of Sophia in a red bikini and what appeared to be a screenshot of a subscription platform titled “Sophia’s World” with a N300,000 monthly price tag.
Reacting on her Snapchat story, Sophia denied the claims and clarified the nature of the page.
“Someone tell this idiot it’s a fan page. For my friend’s new app launched not an OF account. Olodo 😂😂,” she wrote.
She emphasised that the platform in question is not OnlyFans but a promotional fan page set up to support her friend’s app launch.
This is not the first time Sophia has found herself in the spotlight.
In February, she made headlines after a leaked voice note surfaced in which she accused Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy of failing to fulfil a promise.
In the audio, Sophia alleged that Burna Boy promised to buy her a Lamborghini after they became intimate but failed to deliver on the promise.
“He keeps giving excuses, so I blocked him and paid for the Lamborghini myself,” she was heard saying in the viral clip.
Shortly after, Burna Boy appeared to throw shade in a video of himself in a Ferrari while singing, “I nor buy lambo, is that why you are shouting?”
Sophia later posted a video of a green Lamborghini on her social media, insisting she purchased it with her own money.
