Singer Femi Solar has announced that his home was attacked by armed robbers overnight.
The 41-year-old said the robbers carted away his phones, gadgets, gold, hard currency, wristwatches and other valuables.
He also warned the public not to respond to any strange calls or messages that might come from his stolen phones.
Sharing a screenshot of a post he made on X on Instagram on Friday, Femi Solar wrote:
“PLS DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY STRANGE CALLS OR MESSAGES IN MY NAME.
“My House Was Robbed Overnight. And The Robbery Claimed My Phones, All Gadgets available, My Golds, Money (Hard Currency) Wrist Watches & Other Things Available!!
“All Glory to God, I’m Okay & My Family Is Fine.”
He captioned the post: “Pls don’t respond to any strange calls or messages in my name … You can only reach me on 08146844110 for now. Thank you, and God bless.”
Femi Solar, an Apala gospel musician, is known for songs such as ‘Emi Ni’ and ‘Oniduro Mi.’ He has also performed at several concerts in Nigeria and abroad.
The singer did not disclose the location of the robbery or whether the police have been informed.
