Actress Iyabo Ojo has addressed her fans following repeated online attacks from her colleague, Lizzy Anjorin.
Hours earlier, Lizzy accused Iyabo of being involved in the death of upcoming singer Destiny Boy, an allegation that quickly gained attention on social media.
Responding during a TikTok Live session, Iyabo urged her supporters to ignore Lizzy, saying the actress needs help. She said Lizzy has changed from the person she once knew and questioned what may have led to her current behaviour.
Iyabo said prayer is the only thing she can offer her colleague at this point, adding that Lizzy needs medical attention. She also expressed disappointment that Lizzy’s husband had not intervened.
“She is not normal. She is not the same Liz who used to dance and sell her products. I don’t know where her trouble started. The only thing I can do at this stage of her madness is to pray for her. She mentions my name in every little thing. As she is cursing me, I am progressing, and my children are making it so; why should I be angry? My fans should please ignore her. She really needs help. It is unfortunate that she is married to a man who is not learned
“He should have taken her to a mental home, or maybe he doesn’t care. She said I curs£d her child, but I never did that. I don’t wish her child evil. God will bless and give her child wisdom. I love children so much. She drags me every time because it is my name that makes her relevant. This is 2026, and all I want to do is make money. I don’t have her time. She is delusional. If they don’t take her for medical treatment, she is not going to stop, and I really feel so bad for her. She is so stressed out. She needs help”.
The feud between Iyabo and Lizzy is not new, with both actresses having clashed publicly over the years, mostly on social media. Their disputes have often drawn reactions from fans and colleagues, many of whom have called for restraint.
Destiny Boy, whose name resurfaced following Lizzy’s claim, is a young singer known for his breakout track ‘Omo Iya Mi’. There has been no official report linking Iyabo to his death, and the allegation remains unsubstantiated.
