Actress Seilat Adeyemo, known as Seilat, has announced the death of her father.
She shared the news on Instagram on Monday, expressing her grief over the loss.
“My dad fought so hard, but God loved him more and called him home to rest.
I never imagined I would feel this shattered and broken. Losing a parent is a pain I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
“I see all your calls and messages, but I’m not in the right state of mind to respond right now. I will get back when I can. Thank you for all the love.
“The pain runs so deep… losing the one God used to create you.”
Seilat is known for her roles in Yoruba films and her active presence on social media, where she shares both her work and personal life.
