Reality TV star and actor Saga Deolu has revealed how he manages on-screen intimacy and what inspired his upcoming movie Falling Notes.

Speaking in an interview with Jay On Air, Saga said he approaches kissing scenes with professionalism and communication to avoid discomfort between co-actors.

“Before I get into kissing any actor, I sit with her and I tell you how we’re gonna go about this. I use my hand to describe it’s gonna be quick, we need to know what it is because you don’t want to have your lips locked and then the person is trying to evade your mouth,” he said.

Saga added that he does not take any intimacy scene for granted.

The reality TV star, who gained fame after appearing in the 2021 edition of Big Brother Naija, said he had to prove his creativity before the industry could take him seriously.

“I knew that people wouldn’t take me seriously until they see what I could do so I called Liquorose and we started cooking up different content and it was back-to-back every week like two years,” he said.

Saga also spoke about how he conceived his new romantic film Falling Notes, which he began developing in January.

“Speaking of my upcoming movie Falling Notes, I said what can I do? What can I do? I need to do something. It was heavy on my heart in January this year. People have done painting. What can I do? Let me sing. So I’m sitting here for the first time, saying that I sang in ‘Falling Notes’,” he said.

Saga explained that the film was born out of his desire to express himself beyond acting.

He added that while the film is fictional, it draws from his personal experiences.

Saga, who is also an artist and fitness enthusiast, said Falling Notes will be released on YouTube.
