First Lady Oluremi Tinubu has celebrated Titilola Adeleke, wife of Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, on her 60th birthday.
In a post shared on Instagram on Tuesday, Mrs Tinubu extended warm wishes to Mrs Adeleke, commending her contributions to the people of Osun State through social initiatives.
“I join your husband, the Governor of Osun State, His Excellency Senator Ademola Adeleke, your children, family, friends and loved ones to celebrate you, as you mark this milestone of 60 years,” she wrote.
Mrs Tinubu also acknowledged Mrs Adeleke’s involvement in the Renewed Hope Initiative, a programme associated with the First Lady’s office.
According to her, Mrs Adeleke has continued to make an impact through the platform.
She added, “I celebrate your commitment to uplifting the good people of Osun State through the Renewed Hope Initiative where you continue to touch many lives. I pray this special day is filled with joy, love and cherished moments. May you celebrate many more years in divine health, peace, joy and happiness. Happy 60th birthday, Your Excellency.”
Governor Ademola Adeleke also marked the occasion with a tribute to his wife, describing her as a supportive partner who has remained consistent through different phases of their lives.
In a post shared on his official Instagram handle, the governor wrote, “My darling wife, you have always been there for me in rough and good times. You are a strong pillar of support who strengthens me in all spheres of life. Ever since we met, you have demonstrated your deep love and affection for me.”
He further praised her role in maintaining the family’s stability and growth, adding that her contributions could not be underestimated.
“In the last few decades, your contributions to the family growth and successes cannot be underestimated. As you mark your day in good health and strong heart, I pray to Almighty God to continue to strengthen, protect and prosper you in all your endeavours. Together, we have been winning. I know and pray that we shall continue to win together,” he said.
The exchange of goodwill messages comes days after Mrs Tinubu and Governor Adeleke made headlines over a public interaction during the First Lady’s installation as Yeye Asiwaju Gbogbo Ile Oodu’a in Ile-Ife, Osun State.
The title was conferred on Oluremi Tinubu by the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, as part of activities marking the monarch’s 10th coronation anniversary.
