Comedian and actress Anita Asuoha, popularly known as Real Warri Pikin, has seemingly responded to online speculations about her pregnancy by sharing a workout video showing off her baby bump.

The 34-year-old posted the clip on Instagram on Wednesday, where she is seen doing a full-body workout session.

At one point, she takes off her top to reveal a sports bra with her baby bump in full display, a move that drew praise from fans and celebrities alike.

She captioned the post: “Full-body workout with @fit_amuziejennifer 🤸🏾‍♂️🏋🏿‍♀️😎💪”.

This comes days after Real Warri Pikin announced her pregnancy in a heartwarming Father’s Day post on Sunday. The video, which featured her husband and their children, was accompanied by a heartfelt tribute to her spouse.

“One of the best decisions I’ve made in life was saying ‘yes’ to my husband,” she wrote.

“Because in choosing him, I didn’t just get the most loving partner, I gave my children the best father. Loving, caring, steady, strong, super supportive, and fiercely committed to family and most of all God. You’re the kind of man who makes parenting look like purpose.

“As we prepare to welcome another heartbeat into our family, I’m reminded again that this life, our life, is a gift. Happy Father’s Day, my love. We’re so blessed to have you,” she added.

Despite the announcement, her pregnancy was met with skepticism by some social media users, prompting further online debate.

Fuel was added to the fire after former Big Brother Naija housemate Ka3na took to Instagram to criticise public figures for allegedly faking pregnancies instead of being honest about using surrogates.

Though Ka3na didn’t mention names, some commenters speculated she was referring to Real Warri Pikin.

“Dear Nigerian Public Figures (especially women), we are privileged to be more informed, more exposed, and better travelled. With that comes the responsibility to be honest with our followers,” Ka3na wrote.

“There is absolutely nothing wrong with having a baby through a surrogate… So why deceive your fans by pretending to be pregnant?”

Ka3na, who had a traumatic pregnancy with her late husband Jones, said she would consider surrogacy in the future and called on celebrities to use their platforms to share truth and encourage healing.
