Actor Yomi Gold has got social media talking after a video surfaced showing him running a goat-selling business in the United States.

In the clip, he is at a livestock farm with goats, calling out, “Okay guys. Come and buy goats. I need to travel for Detty December in the next one month. So come and buy goat.”

The video went viral, with Nigerians reacting in surprise, admiration and humor. Some praised him for embracing honest work, while others jokingly nicknamed him “Yomi Goat.”

A fan, Ijesha, said, “This guy is rich. Meat business abroad is liquid gold.”

Daniel added, “He left acting when he’s already at the peak of his career to be selling goat. Make it make sense.”

Agbonaye Victor commented, “These guys was a bad guy back then, what he’s doing is a goldmine.”

Yomi Gold relocated to the United States several years ago and now lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In 2018, Yomi Gold officially became a US citizen. He later said that getting citizenship was “one of my most memorable moments.”
