Comedian Princess has stirred reactions online after a video surfaced in which she openly appealed for help in finding a husband.
In the clip, Princess said she is divorced and currently single, explaining that she has been searching for a partner. She stated that despite being bold, praying and fasting, serious men have not been reaching out to her through her direct messages.
Princess said she often becomes a subject of mockery whenever she comments under posts by Nigerian pastors to state that she is looking for a man. In the new video, she appealed directly to pastors to help her find a kind and responsible man within their churches, saying she is single and ready for marriage.
In the viral clip, she called out Pastor Jerry Eze, Pastor Bolaji Idowu, Apostle Joshua Selman, Pastor Philip Olubakin and Apostle Femi Lazarus, urging them to help her find a suitable partner in 2026. She added that she expects to be preparing for an engagement before the end of the year.
She said in part, “Nigerian Pastors like Jerry Eze, Bolaji Idowu, Femi Lazarus, etc always preach that we should pray, fast and back it up with action. I have prayed and now I am taking action by speaking out. I need a kind and a responsible man to marry. I am tired. I must be married in this 2026.
“If you have good men in your church that are in their 40s or 50s, please send their handles to my DM. They can be widowers or divorcees but not separated. If you have me in your life, it is a blessing. As I have spoken out now in January, I expect to be engaged by September. If you mock me, God will judge you.”
Princess also shared a message alongside the video, writing, “Happy New Year sir @bolajiid @philipolubakin @realjerryeze Apostle Femi Lazarus and Apostle Joshua Selma 🤩 it took a lot of courage for me to record and post this video💯please allow God to use you for my marital success this year😇.”
