Polaris Bank hosts trade forum in Ibadan to strengthen customer engagement

Polaris Bank has reaffirmed its commitment to improving customer experience through stronger engagement and partnership with clients.

The bank demonstrated this on Thursday by hosting a Global Trade Forum in Ibadan, which brought together key stakeholders in the South-West region and customers to discuss growth opportunities and collaboration.

The forum was attended by the bank’s executive director, retail and commercial banking, Chris Ofikulu, who thanked participants for their presence and support.

In his opening remarks, Mr Ofikulu welcomed guests from Kwara, Osun, Ogun, Ekiti, Ondo and various parts of Ibadan.

He said the turnout reflected the trust and partnership the customers share with Polaris Bank.

He noted that the forum aligns with the bank’s efforts to enhance customer engagement across regions.

“This forum is part of our broader mission to deepen customer relationships and ensure that you experience Polaris Bank not just as a financial institution, but as a partner in your success,” he said.

Ofikulu added that the timing of the event coincided with the just-concluded Customer Service Week, which celebrates customer loyalty.

He said the session provided an opportunity for the bank and its customers to listen, learn and grow together.
