Singer Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr P, has clashed with a social media user who asked him to reconcile with his twin brother and former music partner Paul Okoye (Rudeboy).
The troll, reacting to a throwback photo Peter posted without including Paul on X, wrote:
“Why can’t you just kill the pride, make peace with your brothers and make money. Be like Wike and Fubara. Focus on the money, not your feelings. We miss Psquare and no other duos like Psquare. You alone make you look like an upcoming artist, you’re struggling with your music.”
Peter replied: “Cry harder! Take this.”
The fan pressed further: “I’m happy you responded to this. I can gladly say that I was one of the people who made your music go global with my platform back in the day. So, seeing you sinking while you’re a living legend is a pity because of pride and bad advice; they are destroying what you’ve built.”
Mr P responded with more bucket emojis.
Peter had earlier accused Paul and their elder brother Jude of sidelining him in the group’s affairs. Despite periodic reconciliations, the brothers appear to be apart again, even as fans continue to call for their reunion.
The Okoye twins have had a long-running feud that has led to multiple breakups of their group P-Square.
