Actress Peggy Ovire has stirred discussions online after sharing her Christmas photos without her husband, actor Frederick Leonard.
On her Instagram page, Peggy posted pictures of herself in colorful pyjamas sitting beside her Christmas tree. In her caption, she wrote:
“Christmas is Always My Best Time Of the Year. I’m reminded that God’s greatest gift is LOVE wrapped in GRACE. MERRY CHRISTMAS, FAM”
Some fans quickly noticed Frederick’s absence in the photos.
One user, Chinyere Reginald, asked, “But where is your husband? Well, let me mind my business. Merry Christmas to you, Asa Nwa. May this season bring you plenty.”

In October, Frederick drew attention after not publicly acknowledging Peggy’s birthday. Last December, he addressed rumours of marital issues, warning bloggers spreading false stories and stating that marriage is not a matter for social media explanations.
Peggy and Frederick Leonard were married on November 19, 2022, in a star-studded ceremony in Asaba, Delta State. The couple has kept much of their private life away from the public eye, although fans continue to watch their social media updates closely.
