Fuji musician Wasiu Alabi Pasuma on Thursday gave out his daughter Barakat in marriage to Nurudeen Olajuwon.
The three-legged programme, which included a Nikkah ceremony, engagement and reception, took place in Lagos.
According to Pasuma, “letting go of your daughter is not a simple act but this is an inevitable part that cannot be dodged no matter how badly you want to.”
It was indeed a colourful ceremony witnessed by family, friends and associates of the couple’s family.
