Pastor David Oyedepo Jnr has celebrated 21 years since his wife Kemi Oyedepo agreed to begin a relationship with him.
The son of Living Faith Church founder Bishop David Oyedepo shared a photo of himself and Kemi on Instagram on Friday. The couple were seated next to each other, appearing to have a light-hearted conversation.
He captioned the post with a playful back-and-forth between them.
“PDO: Can you believe it’s been 21 years since you FINALLY agreed to follow me?
DKO: 🤭 Follow… follow… follow — it’s been worth every minute.
PDO: Thanks for flowing with me.
DKO: Thanks for your premium leadership 😌

“Today is NOT our wedding anniversary; just the day I received the green light 😂 from @officialkemioyedepo and we started this purpose-driven relationship. What a journey it’s been. To God be all the glory 🙏🏾”
Although the couple got married years later, July 4 marks the day their relationship began in 2004.
Kemi, who is a minister and relationship coach, previously revealed in a social media post that they met in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2002 and began their courtship two years later.
Born in Zimbabwe, Kemi holds degrees from the University of Oklahoma and works alongside her husband in ministry. They are blessed with children.
David Oyedepo Jnr, who was ordained in 2007 by American preacher Kenneth Copeland, currently serves as resident pastor of Faith Tabernacle, the headquarters of Living Faith Church in Ota, Ogun State.
Their marriage is regarded by many in Christian circles as an example of purposeful partnership.
