Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji has congratulated Olugbemisola Odusote on her appointment as Director General of the Nigerian Law School by President Bola Tinubu.
Governor Oyebanji thanked the president for appointing the Ado-Ekiti-born lawyer and administrator, noting that the appointment made her the first female to occupy the position.
In a statement issued by his special adviser on media, Yinka Oyebode, the governor said he had confidence in Mrs Odusote’s ability to perform in the role, citing her record in previous assignments.
He urged the new Director General to apply her experience to the assignment and to continue to uphold integrity, dedication, loyalty, courage and excellence, assuring her of the support of the Ekiti State Government and its people.
“Hearty congratulations to Dr Gbemisola Titilayo Odusote on her appointment as Director General of the Nigerian Law School. The government and people of Ekiti State wish her success and guidance in the assignment,” the statement said.
Oyebanji also thanked President Tinubu for the appointment, describing it as a reflection of his approach to filling public offices.
