Actress and producer Osas Ighodaro has reacted to the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) nominations for two films she executive-produced.

On Wednesday, Osas shared pictures revealing the nominations for 3 Cold Dishes and Colours of Fire on her Instagram page, writing, “Woop Woop!! I am a very proud Executive Producer doing my happy dance right now 💃🏽 !!! We continue to give God all the Glory! 🙏🏾

At the 12th edition of the awards, 3 Cold Dishes is nominated in key categories including best movie, best screenplay, best music score and best director. Colours of Fire received nominations for best lead actor, best supporting actor, best costume design and best art direction. Both films are in contention at the ceremony scheduled for May 9 in Lagos.

3 Cold Dishes is a Pan‑African thriller directed by Asurf Oluseyi and written by Tomi Adesina. The film follows the reunion of three women trafficked as teenagers and their quest for justice against powerful men responsible for their suffering. The cast includes Wale Ojo, Osas Ighodaro, Femi Jacobs and international actors.

Colours of Fire, directed and written by Niyi Akinmolayan, is a drama about love, tradition and conflict between rival clans. The film features Uzor Arukwe, Osas Ighodaro, Mercy Aigbe, Femi Branch and Gabriel Afolayan. Released in December 2025, it attracted significant attention over the holiday cinema season.
