Media personality Noble Igwe and his wife Chioma are expecting their third child.

The father of two shared the news in a video posted to Instagram on Tuesday, responding to curious fans who had been asking about his wife’s absence from social media.

He wrote, “Where’s Chairman? Why is the Chairman not a part of your diary? We miss the Chairman,” he said, mimicking questions he often received. “The DMs and comments wouldn’t stop. I didn’t steal chairman, I didn’t hide her. I actually took a break from posting because I was getting loads of these messages. If you were asking about Chairman, your chairman chopped BelleFULL.”

The couple, who got married in 2016, welcomed their first daughter Jasmine in 2017 and had a second child several years later.

In a separate post on Wednesday, Noble reflected on the experience of preparing for a newborn after a long break.

“Six years later and here we are again. We’ve given away all the baby toys and whatnots. It feels like we’re starting from scratch,” he wrote.

The 44-year-old also joked about adjusting to life with a pregnant wife, writing: “It’s time to build a support group for new dads. I’ve heard ‘Have you ever been pregnant before?’ every single day for the past few months.”

He added that Chioma had already asked for a push gift, to which he responded, “Let’s start with a pedicure… your Benz is warming up.”

Celebrities including Lala Akindoju, Stan Nze and Kemi Adetiba congratulated the couple in the comments section of Noble’s post.

“Congratulations Ndi Nkem,” Lala wrote.

Kemi said, “Can’t wait to start reading about the new baby’s diaries.”

Noble Igwe is the founder of 360 Group and a former co-owner of 360nobs, one of Nigeria’s early lifestyle blogs.
