Actress Nkechi Blessing has hit back at online critics, insisting that her income comes solely from her work as a brand influencer on Instagram.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram on Friday, she addressed allegations that she engages in inappropriate activities for financial gain, saying all her earnings are from legitimate brand collaborations.
She wrote, “I am human, and I have blood running through my veins…It’s ENOUGH. I don’t have any oda means of livelihood aside from this Instagram. I no Dey open legs for man before I chop…contrary to whatever you think of me, every single penny I have come from influencing different brands over the years, and you want to stop it? Wetin you really want use my downfall do.”
Blessing also revealed the negative impact of online attacks, noting that one of her clients reportedly lost their Instagram page due to backlash associated with her persona.
Despite the criticism, she acknowledged the support from her fans, who have encouraged her and prayed for her to stay focused.
