Actress and media personality Nancy Isime has said she will be taking a break from social media as the new year begins.
The 34-year-old shared the decision on her verified Instagram account while holidaying in Mauritius. She told her followers that she plans to log off social platforms indefinitely to focus on her happiness and peace of mind.
She wrote, “Happy New Yearrrrrrr. It’s 2026 already here in Mauritius, so permit me to be the first to wish you a Happy New Year, my Loves!! 2026 will be the year of our dreams!! Aii, time to log off Social media till further notice, as usual. Let me focus on my Happiness and Peace, T for thanks. See ya when I see y’all. I Love Youuu.”
The actress did not state how long she expects the break to last, but she assured her supporters that she will return when the time feels right.
Nancy Isime has established a strong presence in Nollywood and television. She has starred in notable films and series, including the Netflix production Blood Sisters, and has hosted several television shows. Over the years she has also been a brand ambassador and a presenter on entertainment programmes.
