Senior Pastor of House on the Rock Church, Paul Adefarasin, has penned a heartfelt tribute to his son, Alvin Adefarasin, in celebration of his birthday.
In an Instagram post on Sunday, the clergyman expressed deep gratitude to God for his son’s life, describing him as a man of “quiet strength and great depth of character.”
“Alvin, today I pause to thank God for the grace He has woven into your life and for the privilege of calling you son,” Adefarasin wrote.
“Watching you grow into a man of quiet strength and a great depth of character fills me with profound gratitude. May the Lord crown this new year with wisdom, favour and peace… My prayers surround you, and my pride in you is immeasurable. With all my love, Happy Birthday.”
His wife, Pastor Ifeanyi Adefarasin, also celebrated Alvin in a loving message, saying, “May this new year be filled with God’s choice blessings. Grateful that God chose me to be your mum.”
Paul and Ifeanyi Adefarasin have been married for over two decades and are parents to three children, including Alvin.
The family is known for their leadership in both spiritual and philanthropic circles, with House on the Rock Church being one of the prominent Pentecostal churches in Nigeria.
Alvin’s birthday post attracted a wave of goodwill from fans and celebrities alike.
