MTN Nigeria Communications Plc has announced that its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, October 29, to review and approve the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ending September 30.
The company disclosed this in a notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public.
In compliance with NGX post-listing requirements, MTN Nigeria said it will commence a Closed Period on September 30.
The restriction will last until 24 hours after the company’s financial statements are released to the public.
During the closed period, insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from dealing directly or indirectly in the company’s securities.
