The President of the Theatre Arts and Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), Bolaji Amusan, widely known as Mr Latin, led members of the association on a condolence visit to the family of actress Allwell Ademola in Lagos.
Mr Latin shared a video of the visit on Tuesday. In the caption, he wrote, “We paid a condolence visit to the family of our late colleague, @allwellademolaa , to commiserate with them and express our heartfelt sympathy. We prayed together and stood in solidarity with the family at this moment of deep sorrow.”
Allwell Ademola died on Saturday, December 27, 2025. Her death sent shock through the Nigerian film industry with colleagues, friends and fans expressing grief across social media.
Reports say she suffered a sudden heart attack at her home in Lagos before being taken to Ancilla Hospital in Agege, where she was pronounced dead. Her family later confirmed she was 49 at the time of her death.
