Host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu entered the house shortly after the Saturday night party to announce the eviction. Thelma was the first to be called out, followed immediately by Bright.
The development triggered emotional reactions in the house. Mide, who had been romantically linked with Bright, broke down in tears, while Kaybobo, close to Thelma, looked visibly shaken. Some housemates, including Kola, initially thought the eviction might be fake.
