Linc Edochie, elder brother of controversial actor Yul Edochie, has married Yinka Theisen, after the collapse of his first marriage.
Journalist and publisher Dele Momodu confirmed the news on Monday after sharing a photo of the newlyweds on Instagram.
He wrote, “Massive congratulations to my very dear Aburo @yinkatheisen9 and your charming Prince LINCOLN EDOCHIE @lincedochie… May your union be permanently blessed…”
According to a report, the filmmaker and son of veteran actor Pete Edochie tied the knot with Yinka, a US-based woman with grown children, in a private ceremony in May.
Yinka first revealed her relationship with Linc in May through a social media post, celebrating their love journey and how they moved from friendship to romance.
Following news of their union on Monday, Yinka made a cryptic post on Instagram, hinting at some friction from another woman.
She wrote, “Cross fire… woman scorned,” but did not give further details.
Linc is known to keep a low profile compared to his younger brother Yul, whose personal life has attracted controversy in recent years following his public declaration of a second marriage to actress Judy Austin—an act that contributed to the breakdown of his marriage to May Edochie.
In January, Linc advised Yul in a social media post to stop airing his marital issues publicly.
But Yul fired back, saying, “You kept your marriage off social media and still got divorced. So what exactly is your point?”
Before his recent marriage, Linc was married to Amaka Paula.
The couple tied the knot on December 4, 2010, and their union produced two daughters—Janinah Chiamaka Edochie and Giovannah Lincoln Edochie. Their marriage ended in divorce, which was later confirmed by Yul Edochie during their public exchange in late 2024.
