Amarachi Kanu, the wife of the former Super Eagles captain, Nwankwo Kanu, has shared a video of herself picking some beans meant for lunch.
The 31-year-old shared the video on Instagram on Saturday.
She captioned it , “Beans porridge it is for lunch then! Stay positive…”
She shared a similar video in March, where she is seen preparing bean cakes, locally known as ‘moi-moi’.
The mother of three shared her ‘moi-moi’ recipe with her Instagram followers and advised that it is best to wrap the cakes in banana leaves.
