Music executive Jude Okoye and his wife Ify are celebrating 11 years of marriage.
In a joint Instagram post on Thursday, the couple shared pictures of moments they’ve spent together with the caption:
“YEAR 11🌹…Happy anniversary to us ❤️❤️ Always and forever ♾️”
Jude, who is the elder brother of music duo Peter and Paul Okoye (P-Square), got married to former beauty queen Ify in July 2014, three months after they got engaged. Their traditional wedding took place in Nnewi, Anambra State.
The couple has three children together, two daughters, Emma and Eleanor and a son named Ethan.
Jude has been in the news recently over his legal battle with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The anti-graft agency arraigned him on February 26, over an alleged N1.38 billion fraud. He was accused of laundering the funds through the purchase of a property in Ikoyi, Lagos.
In March, he was slammed with an additional four-count charge over alleged diversion of over $767,000 in royalties belonging to his brother Peter Okoye and other funds totalling more than $250,000.
Jude pleaded not guilty to all charges and was granted bail. The trial is ongoing and has been adjourned to October.
