Actress Bidemi Kosoko, daughter of veteran actor Jide Kosoko, and her husband have welcomed a new child, her family has confirmed.
The news was shared on Instagram by her elder sister, Shola Kosoko, on Sunday.
In her post, Shola praised God and invited friends and followers to celebrate with the family. She wrote:
“Praiseeee God. Awesome God. The author and finisher of our faith
“Join us to welcome our newest baby in the family to @bidemi_kosoko. Congratulations to the BANKOLE and KOSOKO Family.”
Bidemi, the daughter of Jide Kosoko and the late actress Henrietta Kosoko, has been active in the Nigerian film industry for many years and is known for roles in movies such as Marriage Runs, Iwe Iranti and Ewon Laafin.
This is not the first time Bidemi has celebrated motherhood publicly. She previously welcomed a baby boy in 2019 shortly after her marriage to Daniel Bankole, in a traditional ceremony. The couple also welcomed a baby girl in May 2022.
