Actress Iyabo Ojo has completed filming for her upcoming movie The Return of Arinzo, marking her cinema directorial debut.
The 48-year-old shared the news on her Instagram page on Thursday.
She wrote, “First and foremost, GOD, i give you all the glory 🙏

“My cinema directorial debut — and I’m so damn grateful. From Tanzania to Ghana to Nigeria… only God could pull this off.
“Premiere & cinema release date will be announced on the 1st of March 2026* 📅

The Return of Arinzo is a sequel to Arinzo. The film features a mix of actors from across Africa, including Mercy Aigbe, Funke Akindele, Bimbo Akintola, Uzor Arukwe, Yinka Quadri, Scarlet Gomez, Priscilla Ojo, Enioluwa Adeoluwa, Lam Chudubem, Fola Tinubu, Azeezat Shorunmu, Zuhura Othman, Prisca Lyimo and Zainab Bakare. Tanzanian singer Juma Jux also appears in the movie.
Filming took place in Nigeria, Ghana and Tanzania. Iyabo is expected to announce the official premiere and cinema release date soon.
