Disc Jockey DJ Cuppy has admitted that returning to her regular routine after her sister Temi Otedola’s wedding has been difficult.

The disc jockey on Wednesday shared her feelings in a post on social media, saying:
“It has been a tough reality check going back to normal life since Temi’s wedding.”

She added, “Ever since Temi got married, reality has started to set in for me, going back to normal life feels tough.”

She further expressed nostalgia for the wedding celebration, writing:
“Going back to reality after Temi’s wedding is hard. Take me back to Iceland.”

Cuppy, whose real name is Florence Otedola, is the daughter of billionaire businessman Femi Otedola and the older sister of actress and influencer Temi Otedola.

Temi tied the knot with singer Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi, this year. The couple’s lavish ceremonies took place across three countries, Monaco, Dubai and Iceland.

The civil wedding was held in Monaco in May, followed by a traditional Yoruba ceremony in Dubai in July and a white wedding in Reykjavík, Iceland, in August.

Temi’s bridal looks featured designs from Zac Posen, Lisa Folawiyo, Miss Sohee and Fendi, while the Iceland reception included a surprise performance by American singer John Legend.

The multi-destination wedding reportedly cost between $10 million and $15 million and drew high-profile guests from across Africa and beyond.

Temi later changed her surname to Ajibade, a move that generated conversation online about love, identity and feminism.
