Actor and producer Ibrahim Yekini, popularly known as Itele, has reacted to the success of his series Koleoso after it emerged as Nigeria’s most searched series in 2025.
Google’s Year in Search data for Nigeria showed that Koleoso recorded the highest search interest among television series during the year, ranking ahead of several other local and international titles.
Reacting to the development, Itele shared a message on Instagram, expressing gratitude to viewers and his production team for their support. He wrote:
“The record is loud. The growth is real. Grateful for the journey, proud of the numbers. Organic growth. Real audience. Real impact. This is only the beginning. The views don’t lie — consistency, hard work, and God’s grace. We keep winning… louder, bigger, better.

Koleoso is a Yoruba language drama series released on YouTube, where it gained a wide audience through consistent episode releases and online engagement. Several parts of the series also featured among the most searched individual titles in Nigeria within the year.
Beyond the series’ success, Itele’s YouTube channel, Itelediconstudio, also recorded major growth this year. The channel was ranked among the top ten YouTube creator channels in Nigeria, reflecting its strong viewership and expanding digital reach.
