Fuji musician Saheed Osupa has reflected on his surprise appearance at Asake’s end of year concert in Lagos.
Asake held the concert in collaboration with Flytime Entertainment at Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos, where a large crowd gathered for the event.
In an unexpected moment, Osupa appeared on stage and delivered a short performance in support of the singer. He joined Asake in a rendition that paid tribute to late Fuji music icon Ayinde Barrister. The performance drew loud reactions from the audience.
After the concert, Osupa shared a video from the event on Instagram on Thursday and spoke about the experience. He wrote, “As I revel in the euphoria of my Exclusive White Agbada party tonight, it feels incredible to relive the unforgettable honour of being part of Asake’s Flytime Show at Eko Hotel.
“Ololade mi Asake gangan @mrmoney — keep rising higher and higher, Idan mi! Olufimo — still on top! 💪💪💪”
The concert also featured appearances by other artistes, including Olamide, who joined Asake on stage to perform songs from their past collaborations. Olamide, who signed Asake to YBNL Nation in 2022, has remained a key supporter of the singer’s career.
