I’ll make sure that light never dims, 2Baba’s lover Natasha Osawaru vows to sustain singer’s legacy

Natasha Osawaru, the fiancée of music legend Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has pledged to do everything within her power to ensure his musical legacy remains intact.

In a video making the rounds online, the Edo-born politician and lawmaker expressed deep admiration for 2Baba, describing him as a man of great intelligence and influence. She credited the singer with helping her grow in her own career.

“He is so intelligent, having him around me gives me the push. I am so excited to see what he has to give to the world again. I am excited for the rebirth of Innocent Ujah Idibia a.k.a 2baba,” she said.

“Bet me!! I’ll make sure with everything in my power to make sure that light never dims,” Natasha added.

Her statement stirred reactions online.

One critic wrote: “Natty baby, your aura is so off-putting. Work on that first.”

Natasha, who represents Egor Constituency in the Edo State House of Assembly, has been in the news for her relationship with 2Baba, who separated from his wife Annie Idibia earlier this year. The singer proposed to Natasha in February and she referred to herself as his wife at a public event in May.

2Baba and Annie, who got married in 2012 and have two children together.
