Former Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Sabrina Idukpaye, has said she is certain she would have made it to the finals if she hadn’t left the show on health grounds.
Speaking in an interview with The Beat FM, Sabrina said, “I would have been a finalist and that is guaranteed. I had always said it every time in my diary sessions.”
Sabrina’s exit came after she was hospitalised due to health concerns. She revealed that the news of being denied re-entry into the show came while she was still in the hospital, awaiting confirmation of her return.
“On Friday, I received what I consider one of the most excruciating calls of my life. I was told, ‘I have the unfortunate task of telling you that you would no longer be returning to the show.’ I received the call while in the hospital waiting for the next thing. I waited for five days,” she had said.
Despite the disappointment, Sabrina has shown gratitude to MultiChoice and the Big Brother organisation for the opportunity.
Sabrina’s sudden exit and the subsequent denial of re-entry sparked reactions among fans, with many expressing support for the former housemate. Though her journey on BBNaija Season 10 was cut short, her impact on the show and her fans is undeniable.
