How I almost got initiated into witchcraft – Juliana Olayode

Actress Juliana Olayode has narrated how she narrowly escaped being initiated into witchcraft after clicking a suspicious link online.

In a video shared on Instagram, the Jenifa’s Diary star warned her followers to be spiritually alert, saying witchcraft is now openly practiced.

She said, “Witchcraft is everywhere these days, they’re not hiding anymore. They don’t need midnight to fly.”

Juliana explained that the incident began when she stumbled on an ad while scrolling on her phone. The ad read: “Have you ever broken a bone before?” and she clicked on it out of curiosity.

“Immediately I clicked the link, I felt something leave the link and enter my body. It felt very strange, and I knew I had to close it immediately. I just knew it wasn’t ordinary,” she said.

The actress added that people unknowingly expose themselves to spiritual danger through things like tarot cards, incense rituals, trending sounds, music, movies and even games on social media.

“Like I said, you don’t have to click the link to be initiated. A lot of people are already initiated into witchcraft and they don’t even know,” she stated.

She listed signs such as nightmares, hearing strange voices, fear, anxiety and attraction to suspicious spiritual practices as possible red flags.

Juliana, a devout Christian, urged people to protect their minds and spirits by being prayerful and discerning.

“You gotta guard your gates, the gates to your soul. You gotta be very careful, very prayerful and highly discerning. The enemy is not sleeping; he’s working relentlessly and subtly,” she said.

She ended her message by saying, “The only way to God is through Jesus Christ.”

In 2023, she shared how God healed her.

In a video posted, Juliana had revealed she was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and was also battling psoriasis.

She said, “I bled for four months nonstop… I was tired of swallowing drugs and putting all sorts of ointment on my skin. I prayed and exercised my faith and everything changed.”

She explained that her healing came after she combined prayers with a lifestyle change, including improved diet and nutrition. “

Juliana Olayode first rose to fame playing Toyosi in the hit TV show Jenifa’s Diary, produced by Funke Akindele. Although she exited the series in 2017 amid a public fallout with Akindele, the two reconciled in 2022, sharing warm moments online.
