Deborah Uloko, daughter of the lead pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre Pastor Paul Enenche, has penned an emotional tribute to her father on his 57th birthday, celebrating him not just as a spiritual leader and father—but now also as a grandfather.
Deborah, who recently welcomed a son named Paul-Xavier, shared photos of the little boy on Instagram, holding a balloon that read “Happy birthday grandpa”.
Her message, filled with admiration and gratitude, offered a glimpse into the Dunamis pastor’s private life as a doting grandfather.
“Every year I try to encapsulate my adoration and gratitude for my amazing dad.
And each year I seem to grapple with words because there’s so much to say 😩.
“But this year, I’m blessed not only to describe a father but also a grandfather. And that alone is an example of the blessing of longevity on his life. To have a tiny tot call you Grandpa sir and yet not seem like you’re even up to 30 is a mystery in itself alone 🤣,” she wrote.
Deborah, who is married to gospel singer Sam Uloko, said watching her father interact with her son has taught her a new perspective on love and parenting.
“I have observed you sir when you spend time with your grandson and it’s teaching me a whole new side of you sir and a perspective on parenting that I probably wouldn’t learn through books… You are so meticulous in showing your affection to him. It’s very clearly intentional… It moves me to tears sometimes when I’m on my own.”
She praised Pastor Enenche for breaking generational curses and building a legacy of wisdom, adding that his consistent love both publicly and privately was shaping not just his children but generations to come.
“Fatherhood and now grandfatherhood is a testament to the kind of man you are… Proverbs 13:22 is who you are sir. I love the way you love and I’m learning to love not just in declaration only but with actions too.”
Deborah ended the tribute by also appreciating her mother, Becky Enenche, for being the “whole to the sum” of their father’s impact.
“Shout out to Grandma Becky. You’re the whole to the sum of who our Daddy is and your love for us and Paul-X can’t go unmentioned. Yesterday you bought him a walker chair and we all got to sit and play with him. Too cute 😩”
Becky Enenche had earlier celebrated her husband with a video montage on Instagram and a fiery birthday message, describing him as “a mobile mantle”, “a blessing to nations” and “a voice that echoes destiny into millions.”
She wrote, “This June, in our month of Dance, Praise & Celebration, we lift our voices and hearts in gratitude for the life of our spiritual father and global kingdom vessel @drpastorpaulenenche.
“Today, we don’t just celebrate a birthday; we celebrate a life poured out for God, a heart that beats for nations, and a voice that echoes destiny into millions. From cities to continents, his obedience to God has birthed movements, transformed lives, and stirred revival fire in places where hope was fading.
“We declare: the oil upon him shall never run dry. The hand of God that lifted him will never leave him. And as we dance and rejoice today, may you encounter all that God has deposited in this day: healing, lifting, joy, and divine intervention.
“It’s more than a celebration – it’s a prophetic moment🔥
It’s more than a man – it’s a mobile mantle.🔥
It’s more than a birthday – it’s a blessing to nations.🌏
“Happy Birthday, Sir! Thank you for saying Yes to God.👏🎉
We love you and celebrate you deeply.”
The church also joined in the celebration with a tribute calling him “a man who leads with wisdom and serves with passion.”
Born on June 4, 1968, Paul Enenche is the founder of Dunamis International Gospel Centre. A trained medical doctor who answered the call to ministry, he now leads one of the largest churches in Africa and oversees the Glory Dome in Abuja—a 100,000-seat auditorium.
He and his wife Becky are blessed with four children and a grandson.
