Pastor Evelyn Joshua of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) has said the support of Emmanuel TV has played a major role in the growth of the ministry.
She made the remarks on Sunday during the church’s 2025 thanksgiving service at its headquarters in Ikotun, Lagos.
The SCOAN leader said the contribution of Emmanuel TV partners had remained strong since the passing of the church’s founder Prophet TB Joshua. She said the partners had continued to support the ministry’s global evangelism efforts, which she described as yielding testimonies of spiritual upliftment and community healing.
“This year’s thanksgiving is an avenue to say thank you Emmanuel TV partners, thank you our Lord for making them a vessel in the vineyard,” she said.
“Our heart is full of gratitude in every facet; the Church has transformed immensely in physical structure, members’ unity and reform.”
Mrs Joshua said the church would continue to follow what she called divine direction, adding that its progress honours the legacy of her late husband Prophet TB Joshua.
Members of SCOAN also prayed for divine intervention in Nigeria, asking for an end to insecurity and other national challenges. The thanksgiving service included songs of praise in several languages, including Swahili, French, English and Ashanti.
In her prayer, Evelyn Joshua thanked God for sustaining the congregation and asked for help for Nigeria.
“God of His servant, Prophet TB Joshua, will make our country, Nigeria, triumphant and uphold its people,” she said.
Worshippers from within and outside Nigeria attended the service. Dr Patrick Kpashagsi from Uganda said the thanksgiving tradition, which began four years ago, had brought what he described as transformation to the church.
“Prophet TB Joshua laid the foundation of the church on divine direction, and Pastor Evelyn Joshua has continued to function in that direction,” he said.
In his sermon, Stephen Nbasi from Tanzania urged members to submit to Jesus Christ and live by faith and godliness.
