Actress Eniola Badmus has sent a heartfelt message to singer Davido and his wife Chioma.
In an Instagram post, the 42-year-old wrote: “Congratulations Baddest @davido and Chioma from the stage to the aisle, you’re still giving us hit after hit….May your love story be sweeter than Fall and stronger than Aye.”
Eniola’s message comes months after she and Davido reconciled following their fallout in 2022.
The pair had a public disagreement after Eniola announced the death of Davido’s son Ifeanyi on social media in October 2022. She was accused of using the tragedy to make money from YouTube, an allegation she denied.
The incident led to Davido unfollowing the actress on Instagram and the two avoiding each other in public.
They, however, reunited in November 2024 at the birthday celebration of UK-based pastor Tobi Adeboyega. Eniola shared a video of herself and Davido exchanging pleasantries at the event, confirming that they had mended fences.
The actress, who has been friends with Davido for over a decade, has in the past shown strong public support for his career and personal milestones.
Davido and Chioma had their traditional wedding in Lagos on June 25, 2024, almost six years after the singer proposed to her. Their white wedding took place today, Sunday, with family, friends and celebrities in attendance.
