Actor Emeka Ike has defended his public display of affection (PDA) with his South African wife, Yolanda Pfeiffer, after sharing a video of himself kissing her.
The 58-year-old posted the video on Instagram on Wednesday, showing him kissing his wife before handing his car key to the her while filming her back view as she walked away.
He captioned the post, “Step in my shoes and go crazy…”
Fans and fellow celebrities flooded the comment section with mixed reactions.

Emeka and Yolanda welcomed a baby girl, Chidera Ike, on March 21, 2024, a day that also marked the actor’s birthday.
The couple got married quietly a few years after the actor’s first marriage to Suzanne Emma ended in controversy. Emeka and Suzanne, who tied the knot around 2000 and had four children, had their union dissolved by a Lagos Island Customary Court in 2017 after she accused him of physical and emotional abuse.
The actor denied the allegations, insisting he never assaulted his ex-wife. He also claimed that the crisis led to the closure of his school, St. Nicholas College in Magodo and caused him to lose investments worth over N480 million.
Emeka Ike was one of Nollywood’s biggest stars in the early 2000s.
