Family of former Cross River State governor, Donald Duke and that of Pastor Tony Rapu came together on Thursday, January 22, for the wedding of their children in Calabar.
Mr Duke and his wife, Onari, gave their daughter, Donna, in marriage to Tobe Rapu, son of Lagos-based pastor Tony Rapu.
The ceremony was attended by family members, friends and associates from both families.
The Obong of Calabar was also present at the event.
During the celebration, Donald Duke and his daughter were seen dancing as guests cheered.
Pastor Tony Rapu later shared a video from the ceremony on his Instagram page on Friday, highlighting moments from the event.
“Celebrating Tobe Rapu and Donna Duke at their introduction and traditional marriage ceremony in Calabar yesterday,” he wrote.
Donna Duke is the youngest daughter of the former governor, while Tobe Rapu is the son of the pastor and founder of the House of Freedom.
