Disc jockey DJ Dimple has responded to online claims that she was hospitalised after a fight with a man at a gym.
The rumour began after a TikTok video posted by @officialchampion01 described an incident he claimed to have witnessed at a gym. In the video, the man said a woman training in the boxing section challenged another man to a fight. He alleged that the woman threw the first punch and the man hit back, adding that he believed the blow sent her to the hospital.
Although no name was mentioned in the video, social media users later linked the story to DJ Dimple. One post on X by @KachySZN said, “Dem beat DJ Dimple to stupor until she fainted. She go Dey form for where man Dey because you get big body.”
Reacting to the claims, DJ Dimple addressed the matter on her Snapchat account, sharing a video showing herself in good health. She said, “I’ve been getting messages about a post on Twitter that I was beaten up at the gym. Please stop spreading lies about me. I am not even a troublesome person. I am always in my lane. Why can’t you guys just let me be?”
Her response denied involvement in any gym fight and dismissed claims that she was hospitalised.
There is no independent confirmation that any fight involving DJ Dimple took place.
