Actress Eve Esin has shared a testimony of her getting married at the age of 43, inspiring her fans.

On Instagram on Thursday, she shared pictures from her traditional wedding and a heartfelt message about faith, patience and never giving up, reminding everyone that “delay is not denial.”

“My post is to give someone who had lost hope, hope. I am not a motivational speaker but a child God showed mercy. I am only speaking from a place of truth. I got legally hitched at age 43, though extremely private. The pictures will still make it here.

“Clocked 44 on the 17th of October and got married traditionally and publicly on the 18th of October. To so many, the testimony I have is almost impossible. 43? Not married? Old cargo. Who says a thing and it comes to pass when God has not spoken? Darling, I have been through it all, someday I will tell my story.

“I thank God for never letting me lose faith in him. I join my faith with anyone that feels time is slipping by and I say delay is not denial. May God in his infinite mercy grant the desires of your heart and divinely connect you to that person that completes you in Jesus mighty name, Amen.”

Eve’s traditional wedding was held on October 18, in Akwa Ibom State, a day after her 44th birthday.

She married her Ghanaian husband, Suleman, in a colorful ceremony full of music, vibrant outfits and cultural displays.

Before this moment, Eve had faced heartbreak. She was engaged in 2020, but the relationship ended before marriage.
