Bolaji Ogunmola narrowly survives two accidents in May

Actress and producer Bolaji Ogunmola has revealed that she narrowly escaped death twice in May, surviving both a car accident and a sudden ceiling collapse in her home.

Taking to Instagram on Friday, the 33-year-old shared a photo collage titled “May Dump,” where she opened up about the two incidents.

“To everyone whom I didn’t return their calls and messages… life was happening,” she wrote.

“I am well, and everyone is okay. Don’t just say sorry, just ask for my account number please or send a new car. Happy New Month, family.”

Bolaji, known for her roles in Nollywood films and TV series, apologised for her recent silence and reassured fans and friends that she was doing fine despite the traumatic experiences.

Her post sparked an outpouring of love and support in the comment section, with fans and colleagues expressing relief that she made it out safely.

Bolaji has been active in the Nollywood industry since 2012.

She gained recognition for her lead role as Aida/Mystic in the 2017 romantic drama Sobi’s Mystic, directed by Biodun Stephen.

She has since featured in several films and TV series, including Tough Love (2017), All Shades of Wrong (2018), Progressive Tailors Club (2021), A Simple Lie (2021), Ajosepo (2024) and Summer Rain (2025).
