Self-acclaimed relationship expert Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO has challenged a woman accusing her of forging a cancer result to prove the claim in court.
Blessing made this known during an Instagram live session amid controversy over her claim that she is battling breast cancer.
A woman identified as Deborah Mbara had alleged that Blessing edited her medical report and presented it as hers. The allegation was reportedly sent through lawyers who demanded an explanation.
Reacting, Blessing said, “He who alleges will come out to prove. If you allege that I forged your result, then it’s okay for you to come out and prove it. You know, I just want to be strong. The person who said I forged her result, why isn’t she coming out?”
During the live session, the woman’s brother joined and accused her of contacting his lawyers to beg. Blessing denied the claim and insisted on legal action.
“If your sister said she sent me her result, and you have all the necessary evidence, please let’s go to court”.
The dispute follows her earlier claim that she had stage 4 cancer, which drew sympathy and donations. She later said she was diagnosed with breast cancer in Nigeria but did not know the stage and admitted exaggerating some details while seeking support.
Actresses Sarah Martins and Nkechi Blessing have questioned her claims, citing past controversies.
Despite the backlash, Blessing maintains her position and says she is ready to defend herself in court.
