Former Big Brother Naija housemate Cross Okonkwo has announced his engagement to his partner, Chinonso.
The 34-year-old reality TV star shared the news on social media late Tuesday with video clips of the proposal and photos of the engagement ring.
Sharing the moment on Snapchat, he wrote: “Guys, my love of my life said yes.”
The proposal was witnessed by close friends, including former BBNaija stars.
Cross rose to fame in 2021 on the Shine Ya Eye edition of BBNaija and returned for the All Stars season in 2023 where he finished fifth runner-up.
In November 2024, the entertainer revealed he had dedicated his life to God. He declared: “I have been arrested by God, moving forward I belong to Jesus Christ who is the Savior of the world. He has called me to do his work and build his Kingdom.”
He added: “My life and CrossNation will represent him and his glory from today till end of time … For God is Love and Love is God (ICSO).”
Since his announcement, fans and colleagues have flooded his comment section with congratulatory messages. Former housemate Pere Egbi was among those who sent him best wishes.
Cross and Chinonso are yet to announce their wedding date.
