Reality TV star Angel Smith has announced her wedding ceremony with her partner Tumininu.
The former Big Brother Naija housemate shared the news on her Snapchat page, where she posted a copy of her official wedding invitation.
The invitation revealed details of the ceremony and included instructions for guests.
“A gentle reminder: This is an all black wedding. Please wear black to celebrate in style with us. Capture the memories and share the love. Use #TumisAngel2026 for all your wedding posts,” the invitation read.
Angel’s announcement comes months after reports circulated online that she had engaged her partner.
The reality TV star gained popularity after appearing on the 2021 edition of Big Brother Naija titled Shine Ya Eye. Since leaving the show, she has remained active on social media, often sharing updates about her personal life, writing and creative work.
Her relationship with Tumininu first drew attention online when the pair began posting photos and videos together on social media. The development also sparked conversations among fans, especially given Angel’s past romantic link with fellow reality TV star Soma.
Angel addressed public speculation about her sexuality and relationships with women. In 2025, she responded to online rumours by saying that being tagged a lesbian was not an insult and that, as an adult, she could live her life as she chose. She wrote that being called a lesbian was “not the gag you think it is nor an insult” and stressed that she was “not homophobic,” noting that people were free to hold different beliefs while reminding critics that it was her life and her decision how to live it.
She has not disclosed the exact date or location of the ceremony.
