Former Big Brother Naija season 10 housemate Sabrina has confirmed that she will not be returning to the show following her exit last week.
In an Instagram post on Sunday, the 32-year-old addressed her departure, explaining the sequence of events after she left the house.
She clarified that her swollen foot, which viewers had noticed, was not due to any medical issue.
“I know we all saw that my foot was swollen but there’s no medical issues or preexisting medical condition. My foot is now back to normal. It took one night compression socks and my foot is fine,” she said.
Sabrina stated that she did not voluntarily leave the show.
“I’ve seen a lot of messages and I’ve heard a lot of chatter that I made a decision to exit and that is incorrect. I was ready to be on this journey to the very end,” she added.
She explained that after exiting, she was taken to a hospital where she was examined by a gynecologist and admitted.
“On Tuesday afternoon, I was told all results were unremarkable, which means nothing is wrong with me. I was beyond excited because I truly believed that it meant I’ll be on my way back to the journey I had started,” she wrote.
Sabrina said she was kept in the hospital from Monday until Friday without access to her phone or outside communication.
“Until Friday, August 15, I received one of the most excruciating calls of my life. On that call, I was told, ‘I have the unfortunate task of telling you, you’ll no longer be returning to the show,’” she disclosed.
Sabrina’s exit followed earlier evictions of Danboskid and Ibifubara, making her the third housemate to leave the season.
